In designing the SwissBorg Loyalty Program, my goal is to create an engaging experience that keeps users actively involved. By integrating gamification elements like quests, daily check-ins, and progress tracking, I ensure users stay motivated. The program rewards commitment with points, badges, and exclusive perks, fostering long-term loyalty.I emphasize responsible investment behavior by providing educational content and milestone rewards. Balancing user incentives with SwissBorg’s business goals, I promote activities like staking and holding tokens to enhance user satisfaction, retention, and platform stability.
The idea is to create an adventure concept to make the overall experience more fun and enjoyable for users. I enhanced the design with cartoonish illustrations to give users the feel of being in a real game.
The user flow begins with a welcome screen introducing the adventure program, followed by an overview of how the program works and the rewards users can earn. Users then create their profile, including selecting an avatar. Once registered, they start their first quest, such as learning about SwissBorg tokens. As users complete quests and engage in activities like daily check-ins and staking tokens, they earn points and badges. Progress is tracked on a dashboard, where users can also redeem their points for exclusive rewards.
The welcome screen sets the tone for the SwissBorg Adventure Program with a visually appealing and user-friendly design. I employed a clean and modern UI, featuring high contrast between the dark blue background and the light lime green brand color, creating a vibrant and engaging look. The soft grid background evokes a video game atmosphere, complemented by cartoonish illustrations that enhance the playful, adventurous theme. The headers' font is carefully chosen to match the grid, reinforcing the video game aesthetic and ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
This screen introduces the program to users, showcasing a roadmap where a character starts at the beginning and aims for the final treasure at the end. Along the route, the character faces different challenges represented by quests. The first quest is already unlocked, and users must complete it to unlock subsequent quests, progressing towards the final treasure. Each completed quest earns users points and badges, which can be displayed within the community.
The adventure is based on an earning points system. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for special rewards once the user has enough. The final treasure represents a significant reward, motivating users to complete the entire journey.
This screen as well as the rest of the onboarding section will have a skip button in case some users don’t want to participate.
The profile creation screen invites users to start their journey by setting up their adventure profile. Users can enter their name, email, and create a password. A key feature of this screen is the avatar selection, where users can choose their character, adding a personal touch to their experience. This step ensures that each user feels uniquely identified and engaged from the beginning.
The first quest screen introduces users to their initial challenge in the SwissBorg Adventure Program. It presents a specific task, such as reading articles about SwissBorg tokens, which users must complete to progress. The screen features an engaging illustration representing the quest, along with a clear description of the task and the rewards for completion—50 points and a 'Quest Beginner' badge.
I included a side quest about daily check-ins to keep users engaged from the very beginning of their journey.
The buy and hold screen introduces users to the quest of purchasing and holding SwissBorg token for a minimum of 6 months. This quest encourages long-term investment by rewarding users for their commitment. The screen outlines clear milestones: an initial reward of 50 points for purchasing BORG, additional points for holding the tokens for 1 week, 1 month, and a significant bonus at the 6-month mark. Users can track their progress and see how close they are to achieving each milestone. This structured approach keeps users motivated to maintain their investment and earn increasing rewards over time, culminating in a major reward after the full holding period.
The dashboard screen provides users with an overview of their progress and achievements within the SwissBorg Adventure Program. It features a clear visual representation of their current points and badges, making it easy to track their accomplishments. The screen displays completed quests and the points earned from each, as well as upcoming quests and their potential rewards. Users can also see their points balance prominently displayed, along with options to redeem points for various rewards. The intuitive layout ensures that users can quickly access important information and stay motivated to continue their journey. The dashboard serves as the central hub for users to monitor their progress, manage their quests, and explore available rewards.
